VINCOBASE HEALTHCARE Participates in China (Chongqing) - Africa Investment and Trade Cooperation Symposium; Both Sides Discuss New Opportunities

On the afternoon of June 12, 2025, at the 4th China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, the "China (Chongqing) - Africa Investment and Trade Cooperation Symposium," hosted by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government, was held at the Changsha International Convention Center. Wen Hua, Vice General Manager of VINCOBASE HEALTHCARE, Sun Ning, General Manager of VINCOBASE (KENYA) HEALTHCARE, and Albert, Chairman of Luton Hospital in Nairobi, Kenya, attended the meeting.

During the economic and trade cooperation signing session, nine projects were signed. Wen Hua, Vice General Manager of VINCOBASE HEALTHCARE, represented the projects and signed an investment agreement for the "Luton Hospital in Nairobi, Kenya" project. The company plans to develop LUTON HOSPITAL into a Level 5 hospital in Kenya, and further invest to upgrade it to a Level 6 hospital. This will create a successful example of a "Chinese resources + localized operation" healthcare partnership in Kenya, thereby radiating and driving the East African healthcare market, and extending vertically into derivative businesses such as pharmaceutical and equipment distribution, telemedicine, and health insurance, building a regional healthcare ecosystem. Upon completion, LUTON HOSPITAL will become a healthcare hub for East Africa and a vital support for the medical security of the Chinese community in the region.
