• Local residents only. Formulate and implement regional sales strategies, set goals based on market dynamics, and drive the team to achieve sales and market share targets.
• Build and manage the local sales team, responsible for recruitment, training and performance management to improve team efficiency.
• Develop and maintain core customers and channel resources, explore long-term cooperation opportunities, and coordinate budget and expense control.

Requirements

Requirements
