VINCOBASE HEALTHCARE INTERNATIONAL(hereinafter referred to as VINCOBASE) has firmly advanced its African healthcare layout by co-investing in a new hospital with local Kenyan partners, a landmark China-Kenya joint medical institution that embodies the company’s commitment to bringing quality and affordable medical services to Africa. As the only legitimate hospital in Kenya invested in and controlled by Chinese capital to date, it operates as a Level 4B private medical facility, accredited by the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) and partnered with 16 private insurance companies, ensuring broad accessibility for local residents.

Currently housed in parts of the ground and second floors of the China Center Complex, the hospital features a well-equipped imaging center and a dialysis center on the ground floor—with 10 hemodialysis machines, one X-ray machine, one CT scanner and one MRI device, all sourced from renowned Chinese brands, guaranteeing reliable medical support. The second floor accommodates outpatient clinics, wards and laboratories, covering core specialties including internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, dentistry, ophthalmology and emergency care to meet daily medical needs. Post-expansion, it will evolve into a full-fledged comprehensive general hospital, integrating additional key specialties like pediatrics, neurosurgery, orthopedics, gastroenterology and physical therapy to provide one-stop medical services.

This expansion is a pivotal move in VINCOBASE’s globalization drive, as it not only bridges local medical resource gaps with cost-effective solutions but also lays a solid foundation for its long-term presence in East Africa. By optimizing its global business matrix, the project aims to achieve a win-win outcome between corporate development and local healthcare advancement. Going forward, VINCOBASE will deepen localized operations, expand market coverage and strengthen regional medical influence, with a vision to radiate its services from Kenya to the broader African continent.
